Grants to New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Wyoming, and North Dakota nonprofit organizations and registered charities to improve the quality of life for eligible communities. Focus areas include education, social services, community development, environment and conservation, emergency response and preparedness, and arts and culture. Organizations must serve an area where Devon Energy Corporation has a strong business presence. Devon's operations are focused in five core areas: The Delaware Basin, Eagle Ford, Anadarko Basin, Powder River Basin, and Williston Basin.

Devon focuses its resources where they can have the greatest impact and on programs that align with its values and goals. Working to improve the overall quality of life in the communities where Devon does business builds trust among its employees, improves goodwill in local communities, and makes Devon a stronger company.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Organizations must be registered charities or nonprofit organizations and must serve an area where Devon has a strong business presence.

Devon's corporate contributions program does NOT support:
- Individuals and/or individual families
- Advertising
- Door prizes, raffle or auction items
- Faith based organizations or causes
- Fraternal and/or partisan organizations
- Runs, walks, teams, golf, tennis or other sporting tournaments
- Individual schools, unless the school is located in a field operating area
- Organizations focused on a specific illness or disease
- Professional trade groups outside of the industry

The grant window will close at midnight on Friday, Sept. 17.

Qualifying organizations may now apply to be considered for a contribution through Devon’s online grant application process. Requests submitted by mail, phone, fax or email are not accepted. Select from the area specific to your request as indicated in Contact Information below.
